All material offered for sale on this site is offered under a non-exclusive, limited use license and remains the copyright and property of TLF. Exclusivity of these images is NOT offered, nor is it implied, and is not included in any purchase price paid unless specifically agreed to in writing. Any and all reproduction of material previewed on this site is strictly prohibited unless permission is granted, in writing to THE CLIENT by TLF, in the form of a non-exclusive, limited use license or an exclusive copyright transfer. THE CLIENT may purchase usage rights, in the form of a limited use, non-exclusive, license of selected graphics and or artwork featured on this site. Any artwork and or images purchased from this site, remain the property of TLF but may be used by THE CLIENT for the purpose of advertising, promotion and/or branding of ONE company, partnership, corporation, group or individual related to THE CLIENT without use restriction unless stated otherwise. No further trademark and/or copyright protection or warranty is offered or implied. Limited use transfer of graphics, logos and artworks does not extend to site content. All other site content remains the exclusive property of TLF and LOGOS IN A BOX and may not be reproduced, distributed or altered in any way without express permission, in writing from TLF.

Use of Graphics and LOGOS IN A BOX

By utilizing TLF and the LOGOS IN A BOX web site to purchase the rights to utilize TLF copyright material under limited non-exclusive license THE CLIENT warrants that they have the rights required to the additional marks, descriptions, names and any other graphic and textual additions that may be added at THE CLIENT request. THE CLIENT further warrants that they will not request additions of any unlicensed trademarks, service marks, names, art or graphics. TLF and LOGOS IN A BOX artwork, services and web site are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of non-infringement. THE CLIENT assumes full responsibility of addition of any marks, words or graphics to any graphic material offered on this web site. THE CLIENT agrees not to transfer, distribute, resell or otherwise alter the terms of the original license under which products and/or services were purchased from TLF and LOGOS IN A BOX and that should the client voluntarily ceases use of the graphic material in promotion of his/her company, group or service that ALL rights are automatically returned to TLF and LOGOS IN A BOX until such times as THE CLIENT begins reuse of said graphics under the terms and conditions of the original license under which the graphics were offered.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TLF, LOGOS IN A BOX, its vendors, officers, directors, employees, agents or dealers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of any artwork, graphics or logos purchased from TLF and or LOGOS IN A BOX. The products and services on this site are offered as is and as such, no warranties are offered or implied. These services and graphics are offered to THE CLIENT as products for sale, and both TLF and THE CLIENT warrant that there is no partnership implied other than as a client and vendor.

Pricing

Pricing of any Limited Logo and/or Exclusive Logo refers to the list price of any LOGOS IN A BOX logo design and includes:
• the addition or requested company name to 1 (one) selected design,
• 1 (one) color change to selected design, and
• 1 (one) design revision to selected design
• preview of designs in client only area
• preparation of all listed file formats
• users guide
• technical information documentation
• limited usage transfer and copyright information

Pricing of any Icon or Illustration DOES NOT include any custom design alterations, revisions, modifications or additions. Pricing ONLY includes the download delivery of the artwork source files, in formats as listed with each individual artwork. Any additional revisions and/or design changes are subject to a additional charge as listed in our add-on pricing sections. All additional charges must be paid before delivery of any final work, file formats or documentation. Additional, and optional, logo assets are subject to additional fees as listed on order forms must be paid prior to delivery of ANY finished material or documentation.

Delivery Time

48 hour delivery time refers to 2 (two) standard business days (excluding holidays and weekends unless agreed to, prior to commencement of project, by TLF). Delivery time describes the preview of designs in our client area and includes:
• the addition or requested company name to 1 (one) selected design,
• 1 (one) color change to selected design, and
• 1 (one) design revision to selected design
